You need to get things done! This position is Part Time, hourly, with typically weekly hours M-F 7:30 am -11:30 am, with extended time from time to time. Potential for work-from-home after 90 days on the team.
Personal Skills Are a Must, Great Communication Skills (written and verbal) • Professional attire and presentation (our team dresses to impress!) • Be Drug Free and possess a crime-free background (Extensive background checks will be performed) • Have reliable transportation and proven history of punctuality and reliability Must Have Experience With The Following • Technology, in general • Windows 7, 8, 10 • Hardware repair • Virus Removal • Office Suites • Google Mail, Drive, Docs, Apps, etc. • Working with non-technical end-users/customers • General tech troubleshooting and problem solving Any Of The Following Skills Are a Huge Plus • Server and network expertise • Large-scale migrations and deployments • Imaging and managing PCs on a large network Educational Requirements • At least some Technical Schooling (Proven track record and experience may overcome this requirement) • 2 or 4-year Degrees are a plus • Certifications Microsoft, Cisco, Comptia, etc. a plus •
